Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer domestic and international shipping options and use most of the well-known and established postal companies, such as DHL Express.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Do you charge extra for shipping?
We offer free shipping to United States of America, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway,
Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
For Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed
at checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy,Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates.
How long will it take for me to get my products?
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Successfully
placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.
It takes around 10-14 days for the products to be shipped depending on your address.
Can I return my products?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions atinfo@plushy-kids.com.
What should I do if my product is defected or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
How can I trace my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Ordering & Installation
Do you offer any bundles?
We do not have any bundle offers. If you would like to buy multiple items, please select the quantity required in product pages. If you need more than 5 units from a specific item, please get in touch with us via info@plushy-kids.com and we will have a special offer for you.
